We are the original ’’Designer Guys of Cooking’’. We have created and designed, redesigned and recreated some of a few best-known dishes as well as some of our own. We call our style of cooking inner-home cooking, meaning that we have combined some of the classical international dishes with a down- home flair.

Early in our careers, we worked under some of the best-known chefs and in some of the best restaurant in the city of New Orleans. We continue to cook and cater in some of the best private residences in New Orleans and we pride ourselves on providing a professional service.

Our clientele ranges from heads of corporations to everyday people who loves to entertain or just like having theirs meal prepared by a chef or in a situation where they cannot prepare meal for them self and need someone to cook for them. All of our clients are extremely important to us and are treated with utmost respect.

We are not a large company by any means, but what we do offer our clients is that special attention to detail those larger companies some time cannot offer.That is why we are selective in the type of events we cater.
